Ciara held her Halloween/Birthday party at Haze nightclub in Las Vegas and certainly created a storm in her outfit.
Ciara dressed up as Storm from X-Men (played by Halle Berry in the films) tweeting: "Hi everyone meet Storm! Happy halloween! http://plixi.com/p/53768655 " Even her two dogs Tyson and Georgia got dressed up especially for the occasion, going as a monkey and a bumblebee.
